Paul is the founder of PMF Legal, and a specialist in insolvency, bankruptcy and commercial litigation matters, areas in which he has over 40 years of experience. Paul’s areas of expertise include Supreme Court litigation, company liquidations, personal bankruptcies and corporate receiverships.
Paul is a Full Member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia. He is also an Accredited Specialist in Commercial Litigation, and sits on the Law Society of NSW’s Commercial Litigation Advisory Committee, evaluating candidates for accreditation as specialists in Commercial Litigation.
