Question Asked…
I’m considering a cp and am wondering if I should keep making minimun payments right up to when I file?
Or is missing payments(showing I’m seriious) better for a cp decision in my favour?

Whether or not you have been making payments on your accounts immediately preceding the filing of aconsumer proposal doesn’t impact the likelihood of acceptance of the proposal. So what I recommend is that the moment you decide that you are going to file a consumer proposal you should stop making payments to any of your unsecured creditors.
