Three Ennis businesses enter administration

A trio of civil engineering and construction companies have fallen into administration.
Jim Ennis Construction Ltd, its parent company Ennis Group plc and Ennis Developments Ltd have all been placed under the control of administrators from the Sheffield office of P&A Partnership.
The three companies are based on Northbank Industrial Estate, in the Irlam area of Salford, and all of their staff have been made redundant.
Two other companies in the group – Ennis Construction Ltd and Ennis Construction Airports Ltd – are still trading. Both of these companies were incorporated at the end of March 2012 and registered to the same Irlam address.
